Plain-language disclosure

RightFit Health may earn a commission or referral fee when you use certain links on this site and become a customer or make a purchase. This can happen without increasing the price you pay.

How affiliate relationships work

Some telehealth providers, retailers, or other companies may compensate RightFit when a reader follows a tracked link and completes a qualifying action. Compensation structures can include a fixed referral fee, commission, performance-based payment, or another arrangement.

Affiliate status does not buy a better comparison

A provider’s decision to offer an affiliate program, approve RightFit, or pay a higher commission does not change the factual fields we collect, the source requirements we use, or the methodology applied to provider comparisons. Providers that do not compensate RightFit may still be included when they are relevant to the comparison.

Where disclosures appear

This page explains RightFit’s general approach, but it is not intended to replace disclosures on pages that contain monetized links. When a page includes an affiliate link or a compensated recommendation, RightFit intends to place a clear disclosure close to the relevant content or link.

Why we do not rely on the phrase “affiliate link” alone

FTC guidance explains that consumers may not understand that the phrase “affiliate link” means the publisher can be paid. RightFit therefore uses plain-language compensation disclosures rather than relying only on technical affiliate terminology.

Tracked links

Affiliate links may contain a referral code, click identifier, or other attribution parameter. The destination provider or affiliate network may use cookies or similar technology to determine whether a referral later converts. RightFit does not need the provider’s medical intake information in order to receive referral attribution.

Pricing remains independently verified

Affiliate landing pages can contain special promotions. RightFit may record those offers, but promotional pricing is kept separate from standard pricing and its eligibility conditions are preserved.
